For 6 servings
6 buns for hot dogs
½ tbsp. coarse salt
1 tbsp. butter
Put plenty of water in a saucepan and let it boil. Add the salt and butter and then the sausages. Let them boil for 2 minutes and remove from the heat.
Leave the sausages in water until ready to serve. Open the buns in half. Place a sausage on each bun. Add Ketchup KYKNOS and Mustard KYKNOS and serve.
You may enrich the Hot dogs with lettuce salad, cabbage - carrot, pickled cucumbers, etc.
