Ingredients
2 slices of bread
3 eggs
1 fresh onion
3 slices of bacon
2 tbsp. gouda cheese grated
Olive oil for frying
Ketchup 0% Added Sugar KYKNOS
Salt, Freshly ground pepper
Preparation
In a frying pan at medium temperature, add a little olive oil, the bacon slices and sauté until they become crispy.
In the meantime, break the eggs into a bowl and beat them well with a fork or wire whisk.
Add the chopped fresh onion, salt and pepper and mix.
Remove the bacon from the pan and add the mixture from the bowl.
As soon as the omelette starts to thicken a little, put the slices of bread and press them to stick onto the mixture.
When the omelette is ready, turn it over with the breads.
Add the grated cheese, the crispy bacon slices and the Ketchup 0% Added Sugar KYKNOS and fold like an envelope.
Sauté both slices of bread a little longer, until they get a nice crust and the cheese melts.
