HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY

The company KYKNOS GREEK CANNING COMPANY S.A. has developed an Occupational Health & Safety Management System, applicable to the organization's operations at its factory facilities located in Savalia, Ilia.

The Management and personnel of KYKNOS GREEK CANNING COMPANY S.A. are fully aware of and fully embrace the Health & Safety Policy established and implemented by the company.

This Policy applies to all individuals who operate or are present within the company's premises, including employees, associates, contractors, visitors, and other stakeholders.

The Management is committed to the following:

• Ensuring the Health & Safety Policy is appropriate to the purpose and services provided by the company within the framework of the Management System.
• Providing a framework for setting measurable Health & Safety objectives and striving to achieve them. The main goal of the company is zero accidents, through a safe working environment.
• Conducting regular training, raising awareness, and consulting with its personnel in order to achieve these objectives.
• Continuously improving the level of Health & Safety through the implementation of the Management System in accordance with ISO 45001:2018.
• Systematically assessing and evaluating occupational risks, aiming to eliminate or control them at the source.
• Complying with all legal requirements.
• Preventing occupational and other accidents and diseases, and generally providing safe and healthy working conditions.
• Ensuring the availability and communication of the Health & Safety Policy to all interested parties.
• Implementing, maintaining, reviewing, and continuously improving the Policy and the Management System.

This Policy is updated and revised appropriately in cases of changes to the size or nature of our activities, or following the occurrence of exceptional events, and is reviewed during every Management System review.
