Ingredients
400 gr. Fine Peas KYKNOS
1 carrot
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. parsley (finely chopped)
2 tbsp. dill (finely chopped)
350 gr. Tomato Sauce Napoletana KYKNOS
Salt, Freshly ground pepper
Preparation
Put the olive oil in a saucepan over medium to high heat to heat it up. Grate the carrot directly in the pot with the thick part of the grater.
Open the package of Fine Peas KYKNOS and strain. Add the peas and saute.
Add the Tomato Sauce Napoletana KYKNOS and let it boil for about 5’.
Add salt, pepper and the chopped herbs and let it boil for another 1’. Turn off the heat but leave the pot in the eye for another 2-3’.
Serve.
