Lamb with mustard sauce

Ingredients
2,5-3kg of lamb
1kg baby potatoes
3 tbsp. Μustard Mild KYKNOS
2 tbsp. Μustard with Honey KYKNOS
2 lemons (juice and zest)
1 cup water
1 cup olive oil
3 cloves of garlic
2 tsp. sweet paprika
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Onion powder
2 tsp. dry oregano
Salt, Freshly ground pepper

Preparation
In a bowl put Μustard Mild KYKNOS & Μustard with Honey KYKNOS.
Add the rest of the ingredients except the water and mix with a whisk.
Cut the potatoes in half and put them in the bowl.
Mix well and put them in a deep pan or pan lined with greaseproof paper.
Lightly carve the lamb and place it on top of the potatoes.
Pour the mixture from the bowl onto the lamb and coat it.
Add the water and cover the pan with greaseproof paper and then with aluminum foil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200° for 1.5 hours with the pan covered and another half hour at 180° having removed the greaseproof paper and aluminum foil.
