Chicken burger

For 4 persons

4 burger buns
4 slices of cheddar or gouda cheese
4 slices of tomato
4 lettuce leaves
A few slices of cucumber
Mayonnaise Premium KYKNOS

For the burgers
½ kilo of minced chicken breast or leg
2 slices stale bread (crumbs only)
1 spoon Mustard Mild KYKNOS
Some milk
1 dry onion (chopped)
Some chopped parsley (optional)
A little paprika
1 tbsp. of vinegar
Salt, freshly ground pepper
A little olive oil

Put the minced meat in a large bowl, sauté the onion in a little olive oil and add it to the bowl as well. Soak and squeeze the bread well. Pour this with all the other ingredients into the minced meat and mix well to homogenize. Make 4 patties. Grease a non-stick pan with a little olive oil and cook the burgers until they get colored on both sides. Place the cheese slice on top of each burger while they are still warm.

Cut the buns in half and spread plenty of Mayonnaise Premium KYKNOS. Divide a lettuce leaf, a slice of tomato, a burger and the cucumber slices into four buns. Cover with the top bun and serve.

If desired, accompany with freshly fried potatoes and additional Mayonnaise Premium KYKNOS.
