Pork pancetta with mustard sauce

For 2 persons

6 pork pancettas
1 tbsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. sweet paprika
6 tbsp. olive oil
For the mustard sauce
200g Mayonnaise Premium KYKNOS
30g Ketchup KYKNOS
50g Mustard Mild KYKNOS
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Freshly ground pepper

Place the pork pancetta in a bowl together with the onion powder, garlic powder, sweet paprika, olive oil, salt, and freshly ground pepper. Stir well to marinate the pancetta with the spices and place a non-stick ribbed pan on high heat to heat well.

Bake the pancetta for 4-5 minutes, depending on their thickness, until they get a nice color.

While the pancetta is cooking, place all the ingredients, Mayonnaise KYKNOS, Ketchup KYKNOS, Mustard Mild KYKNOS and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl and mix well with a whisk.

When the pancetta is ready, remove them from the pan, serve them on a wooden surface with the mustard sauce and french fries.
