Classic Burger

For 4 persons


500g ground beef (passed through the meat grinder twice)
1 dry onion (finely chopped)
2 cloves garlic (melted)
½ cup breadcrumbs or breadcrumbs (grated)
1 tbsp. Ketchup 0% Added Sugar ΚΥΚΝΟS
1 tbsp. of white wine vinegar
A little paprika (optional)
Olive oil
Salt, freshly ground pepper
For serving
4 burger buns
4 slices cheese for toast (preferably cheddar)
4-5 lettuce leaves (coarsely chopped)
4 slices of tomato
1-2 carrots (grated)
Enough Ketchup 0% Added Sugar ΚΥΚΝΟS


Prepare the burgers. Put all the ingredients together in a deep bowl and knead well to homogenize the ingredients. Cover and leave the mixture for ½ hour in the refrigerator. Then form 4 burgers and bake in a griddle pan or in the oven grill.

Open the buns in half and, if you want, grill them a little in a grill or pan. Put the cheese on top of each burger while they are still warm. We spread plenty of Ketchup 0% Added Sugar ΚΥΚΝΟS addition on the bottom buns. Put the lettuce, cheeseburger, tomato and some more lettuce with grated carrot on top. Cover with the top bun and serve.

Serve with fried potatoes, preferably country style, and extra Ketchup 0% Added Sugar ΚΥΚΝΟS to dip the potatoes.
