Coleslaw with Mayo Sauce Vegan, sour apple and pomegranate

Ingredients
500 gr. white cabbage
300 gr. purple cabbage
2 sour apples
1/2 pomegranate
2 tbsp. mint
2 tbsp. parsley
Salt, Freshly ground pepper
2 limes (juice and zest)
1 orange (juice and zest)
6 tbsp. Μayo Sauce Vegan KYKNOS

Preparation
Cut the purple and white cabbage and place them in a bowl. Pour some salt, the juice from the lime and the orange into the bowl and mix well.
Cut the sour apple into sticks and clean the pomegranate. Add these to the bowl and strain the juice into a second bowl.
There we add the Μayo Sauce Vegan(https://kyknoscanning.com/en/80-vegan-mayo-sauce.html) KYKNOS, the chopped mint and parsley and mix well with a spoon.
Put on gloves, pour our sauce into the bowl with the vegetables and mix well.
At the end, add the zest and some pepper and serve.
