8 souvlaki pita breads
400g grated cheeses that melt (mozzarella, gouda, emmental, etc.)
2-3 red Florina peppers (in slices)
4 country sausages or dry salami (in slices)
Plenty of Ketchup KYKNOS
½ bunch parsley (finely chopped)
Freshly ground pepper
Place the pita breads on a baking sheet or sheet lined with parchment paper. Put 2-3 spoons of Ketchup KYKNOS on each pita bread and spread with the back of a spoon. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and arrange the peppers and sausages on top.
Bake in a well preheated oven at 220 degrees for about 15 minutes, until the cheese melts and the ingredients are golden brown. Serve with extra ketchup, parsley and freshly ground pepper.
