Ingredients for four persons
- 4 Greek pitas
- 4 tablespoons Kyknos chopped tomatoes in tomato juice
- 4 mozzarella balls
- 2 chopped sausages
Preheat the oven to 190°C (370°F). Put baking paper on a tray, and place the oiled Greek pitas. Smooth a tablespoon of tomato sauce over each pita, and add your ingredients. At the end, break the mozzarella balls in small pieces and scatter them on the pizzas. Bake for 12 minutes.
You can add any ingredient you want, from oregano and peppers to parmesan and basil. Let your appetite inspire you!
