Ingredients
1 large potato
1 dry onion
1 carrot
400 gr. flat beans
1 tbsp. Tomatopaste 28% KYKNOS
500 gr. Crushed Tomatoes KYKNOS
1/4 bunch parsley
Olive oil
Salt, Freshly ground pepper
Preparation
Peel and cut the potato into large cubes, the carrot into slices and coarsely chop the onion.
Put a pressure cooker on medium heat and add olive oil.
Add our vegetables and sauté them for 1’.
Add the beans and cook them for 1’.
Add the Tomatopaste 28% KYKNOS and cook for another 1'.
Add the Crushed Tomatoes KYKNOS, mix and close the cooker.
Lower the heat and cook for 10’.
Let the steam escape through the kettle and when the valve falls open carefully.
Turn off the heat, add the parsley, mix and serve.
