Healthy salad with broccoli, turkey and mayonnaise sauce

Ingredients

300 gr. boiled broccoli
1 onion
50 gr. pine
150 gr. smoked turkey
60 gr. cranberries dried
30 gr. baby rocket
For the mayonnaise sauce
150 gr. Μayonnaise Light KYKNOS
40 gr. olive oil
3 tbsp. chives (finely chopped)
Salt, Freshly ground pepper

Preparation

Place a small non-stick pan on a high heat to heat well, add the pine nuts and toast them slightly, until they get a light uniform color and release their aromas.

In a small bowl, place the Μayonnaise Light KYKNOS together with the olive oil, chopped chives, salt and freshly ground pepper and mix well.

On a cutting board with a sharp knife cut the onion in half and then into thin slices.

In a large bowl, place the broccoli, cut into small bites, the onion, the roasted pine nuts, the dried cranberries and half of the mayonnaise sauce and mix well.

Serve the salad in two large individual bowls with the remaining mayonnaise dressing on top and the baby rocket.
