Hot dog with caramelized onions

For 4 persons

8 hot dog buns
8 Frankfurt sausages
8 pickled cucumber
200g Mustard Hot KYKNOS
2 tbsp. parsley (chopped)

For the caramelized onions
2 sliced onions
30g brown sugar
30g black sugar
2 tbsp. white vinegar
2 tbsp. butter
Freshly ground pepper

For the caramelized onions, on a cutting board with a sharp knife cut the onions in half and then into slices and the pickled cucumber into slices.
Place a non-stick pan on a high heat to heat well and add the butter together with the onions and saute them for 3-4 minutes, stirring at regular intervals.
Sprinkle with the brown and black sugar, add the white vinegar, salt and freshly ground pepper, lower the heat and let the onions caramelize, stirring at regular intervals.
Place the Frankfurt sausages in a saucepan of boiling water and let them heat up for 3-4 minutes.
Open the hot dog buns, first put the caramelized onions then the sausages, on the sausages the Mustard Hot KYKNOS, the pickled cucumber slices and finally the chopped parsley.
