For 2 persons
4 chicken drumsticks
4 tbsp. olive oil
12 baby potatoes
40g olive oil
2 tbsp. oregano (chopped)
For the marinade
100g Mustard with Honey KYKNOS
zest and juice of 2 oranges
2 tbsp. petimezi
50g olive oil
Freshly ground pepper
On a cutting board with a sharp knife cut the baby potatoes into quarters and the carrots into diagonal thin slices.
On the same cutting board, with a sharp knife, make 3 small slits lengthwise in the chops to allow the marinade to penetrate more.
In a bowl, place the ingredients for the marinade, Mustard with Honey KYKNOS, orange zest and juice, olive oil, salt and freshly ground pepper and mix very well.
Place the chicken drumsticks in the bowl with the marinade and mix well to coat the marinade.
Place the chicken drumsticks in a fireproof dish, pour over them with all the marinade that is left, place the baby potatoes with the carrots around the perimeter, add the olive oil, salt and freshly ground pepper and mix well.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C, on the resistances, for 45-50 minutes.
Serve on large, individual plates with a drizzle of olive oil on top and some freshly ground pepper.
