Oven roasted mushrooms with thyme

Cooking time: 30’ – 35’

For 4 persons

500 - 700 gr. large white mushrooms
1-2 carrots (peeled into pieces)
2 cloves garlic (melted)
Fresh thyme
3-4 spoons of Mustard with Honey KYKNOS (+extra for serving)
olive oil
Salt, freshly ground pepper

Clean the mushrooms, wiping them with a wet towel or clean sponge and cut them in half or quarters.

Spread greaseproof paper on a baking tray or baking sheet and put the mushrooms, garlic and carrots. Season with salt and pepper, add the thyme and mix.

Dissolve the Mustard with Honey KYKNOS with the olive oil and a little hot water in a bowl or jar and pour the mixture over the vegetables. Bake in a well preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, until the vegetables are soft.

Serve the food in portions while still warm with additional Mustard with Honey KYKNOS.
