It’s a quick, yet filling snack, full of smells and flavours of the Mediterranean. Either you prepare it for the kids’ school, or for lunch at work or for dinner, one thing is certain: everyone will love it!

Ingredients for 4 baguettes
- 4 medium-sized baguettes
- 4 tablespoons of butter at room temperature
- 4 tablespoons of Kyknos Tomato Paste Double Concentrated (28-30%)
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 twigs of thyme
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Start by mixing the butter with the garlic and the thyme to create a smooth paste. Cut the baguettes in half without separating them completely. Split the butter paste in 4 and spread it on the baguettes. Do the same with the tomato paste.
Place the baguettes on a tray covered with baking paper and put them in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Tip
If you want a more «mediterranean» taste, you can add feta or any other white cheese.
