Potato gnocchi with tomato, sausages and basil

For 4 servings

1kg fresh gnocchi
500g Crushed Tomatoes KYKNOS
1 onion (grated or chopped)
3-4 spring onions (finely chopped)
2 sausages with leeks (in slices)
½ bunch of parsley (chopped)
Some cherry tomatoes (cut)
Some chili flakes
Salt, freshly ground pepper
Olive oil
Parmesan for serving

Sauté the sausages in a non-stick pan, without any fat substance added and take them out on a plate lined with absorbent paper towel.
Heat a little olive oil in a pot and sauté the onion and spring onions. Add the cherry tomatoes, the Crushed Tomatoes KYKNOS and season. Simmer the sauce until it thickens. In the end, add the sausages and the parsley.
Boil the gnocchi in plenty of salted water, following the instructions on the package and drain. Serve the gnocchi in deep dishes, pour over the sauce and sprinkle with plenty of parmesan. If you want, add chopped parsley and spring onion on top.
