Palmiers with caseri and sesame seeds

Ingredients
1 sheet of puff pastry
100 gr. caseri (grated)
50 gr. Tomatopaste KYKNOS
80 gr. Ketchup 0% Added Sugar KYKNOS
30 ml. grape molasses
Leaves from ¼ bunch basil (finely chopped)
½ cup of sesame
Salt, Freshly ground pepper
A little flour

Preparation
Sprinkle flour on a work surface and spread the sheet of puff pastry.

In a bowl mix Tomatopaste KYKNOS, Ketchup 0% Added Sugar KYKNOS and the grape molasses. Spread the mixture over the entire surface of the sheet. I sprinkle the caseri and basil. Season with salt and pepper and press a little with my palms so that the ingredients stick to the mixture.

Roll up one side of the sheet stopping in the center. Also roll the second side of the sheet, bringing the roll to stick next to the first. Preheat the oven to 180ο C on the fan.

Cut the roll into slices with a thickness of ½-2 cm. Smear them with a little water and bread them in sesame. Arrange the slices on a sheet lined with non-stick paper, leaving enough distance between them. Repeat the process with the rest of the ingredients.

Bake the palmiers in the oven for 15- 18 minutes until they puff up and turn golden.
