Pappardelle with Singlino and colored peppers

Singlino is undoubtedly the most “emblematic” dish of Mani in Peloponnese. A salted pork which dries salted, and then smoked for many hours with a fire of green sage. Here you can try it with our new tomato sauce with spicy pepper and garlic.

Ingredients

  • 1 package papardelle
  • 1 package of colored peppers
  • 3 parsley sprouts
  • Olive oil
  • KYKNOS tomato sauce with spicy pepper and garlic

Preparation
Boil the papardelle in salted water. And in a frying pan we put the singlino with peppers and the olive oil. Stir well and add the NEW KYKNOS tomato sauce with spicy pepper and garlic to the pasta. You can serve with myzithra cheese.
