Pizza Margherita

Baking time: 15-20 minutes
For 2-3 servings

1 ready-made pizza dough (thin or rustic)
1 cup of Milled Tomatoes KYKNOS
1-2 cloves garlic (grated)
Olive oil
½ teacup grated mozzarella (optional)
1-2 balls of fresh mozzarella (sliced)
Some cherry tomatoes (cut in half or four)
Fresh basil leaves
Salt, freshly ground pepper

Firstly, prepare the sauce: heat a little olive oil in a deep pan and fry the garlic. Add the Milled Tomatoes KYKNOS, season with salt and pepper and let it simmer until it sets. Open the dough in a shallow pizza pan and spread the sauce on top. Sprinkle with the grated mozzarella (if you put) and place the cherry tomatoes and the pieces of fresh mozzarella. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 to 220 degrees for about 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the dough is golden brown. Serve the pizza hot, with fresh basil leaves.
