Ingredients
5-6 slices of stale bread
300 gr. Crushed Tomatoes KYKNOS
10-15 cherry tomatoes
100 gr. feta cheese
50 ml. olive oil
10 ml. wine vinegar
Coarse salt
Fresh oregano
Dry oregano
Preparation
Sprinkle the slices of bread with a little olive oil and pass them through a grater.
Put the Crushed Tomatoes KYKNOS, the remaining olive oil, the vinegar and the dried oregano in a bowl and mix.
Once the slices are cooked, remove and divide the contents of the bowl among them.
Cut the cherry tomatoes and add them to our slices. Add a little salt.
Break the feta cheese over the cherry tomatoes, add the fresh oregano and serve.
