For 4 persons
4 sandwich rolls (preferably bagels)
2 avocados (sliced)
4 slices of prosciutto (or other cured meat of your choice)
Some cherry tomatoes cut in half
A few rocket leaves
4 spoons of Mayonnaise Light KYKNOS Salt, freshly ground pepper
Open the buns in half and spread the Mayonnaise Light KYKNOS.
Put ½ sliced avocado on each bun. Arrange the rest of the ingredients on top. Season with salt and pepper and close the buns.
Serve immediately or wrap in cling film and refrigerate.
