Shrimps kataifi with cocktail sauce

Ingredients
For the shrimps
1 kg. of shrimps
250 gr. kataifi
150 gr. butter
For the sauce
350 gr. Μayonnaise Premium KYKNOS
100 gr. Κetchup 0% Added Sugar KYKNOS
5 gr. tabasco
5 gr. sauce Worchester
2 gr. garlic powder
2 gr. sweet paprika
Salt, freshly ground pepper
Sunflower oil for frying

Preparation

For the sauce
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and store it in the fridge until serving time.

For the shrimps Clean the shrimps leaving the tail. Melt the butter over low heat.

Open the kataifi carefully without tangling it. Divide it into strips equal to the length of the shrimp. Butter well and wrap the shrimp one by one, cutting the strip from the kataifi where you want it.

Leave the butter in the fridge for a while and put enough sunflower oil in a pot to fry the shrimps.

Heat to medium temperature and when the oil heats up, gradually add the shrimps. After 3-5 minutes and after it has taken on a nice color, remove it by leaving it on absorbent paper and lightly salt it.

Serve the shrimp and the sauce that we have just removed from the refrigerator.
