Spicy Caesar's Salad

Preparation time: 25'

Ingredients
For the Sauce:
200 gr. Μustard Hot KYKNOS
100 gr. white balsamic vinegar
4 egg yolks
4 anchovies
2 tbsp. grated parmesan
1 clove of garlic
400 gr. sunflower oil
500 gr. mixed salad
8 slices of bacon
4 tbsp. corn
1 jalapenos or another hot pepper
3 tbsp. parmesan
300 gr. chicken fillet
Salt, Freshly ground pepper
Sweet paprika
1 tbsp. Μustard Hot KYKNOS

Preparation
For the Sauce:
In a blender add all the ingredients except the sunflower oil and beat them well. Then we gradually add the sunflower oil and keep in the refrigerator until we prepare the rest of the ingredients.
For the chicken:
In a bowl, add the thinly sliced chicken, Μustard Hot KYKNOS, a little salt, pepper and sweet paprika.
Mix well wearing gloves and either spread on a baking tray with greaseproof paper and bake for about 20' at 180ο or in the Air fryer for 13'.
Place the bacon slices on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper and bake for 8' at 180ο or in the air fryer for 5' , then cut into thin slices.
Cut the peppers into thin slices. In a large bowl, add the corn, peppers, chicken, bacon and our sauce and mix well with a spoon.
Add the mixed salad and parmesan cheese, mix gently by hand wearing gloves and serve.
