Ingredients
200 gr. Smoked salmon
1½ sachet gelatin powder
200 gr. Μayonnaise Premium KYKNOS
100 gr. Ketchup Classic KYKNOS
400 gr. cream cheese
100 gr. milk
¼ bunch of dill (finely chopped)
Salt, Freshly ground pepper
Red peppercorns
Zest of 1 unblemished lemon
Preparation
Put the milk in a saucepan and sprinkle the gelatin over it. We leave it aside for 15΄. Put the saucepan on a low temperature and stir until the gelatin dissolves. Remove and set aside. Put the cream cheese, Μayonnaise Premium KYKNOS, milk with dissolved gelatin, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix with a whisk until a fluffy cream is created.
Divide the mixture into two bowls, pour the Ketchup Classic KYKNOS into one and the chopped dill into the other. Mix well. Pour the mixture into a terrine lined with cling film. Layer the smoked salmon and cover with the second mixture. Cover tightly with film and leave in the fridge for 8 hours.
Turn the terrine upside down on a plate and garnish with red peppercorns and lemon zest.
