2 country sausages
2 tbsp. olive oil
Half a leek
1 Florina pepper
5 tbsp. Mustard KYKNOS
100ml white wine
2 tbsp. of chives (finely chopped)
Freshly ground pepper
On a cutting board with a sharp knife, cut the country sausages into thick, diagonal slices, the leek in half lengthwise and then into slices, and the Florina pepper into thin sticks.
Place a non-stick pan on a high heat to heat well and add the olive oil.
Sauté the slices of country sausage until they start to take on color and add the leek along with the Florina pepper, continuing to sauté until the leek wilts and sweetens as well.
Add Mustard KYKNOS, deglaze with the white wine and continue cooking until the wine evaporates and the mustard forms a sauce.
When the pan is ready, remove it from the heat, sprinkle with the chopped chives and serve.
