Tuna salad with vegetables and mayonnaise

For 4 - 6 persons

400g tuna (drained)
1 cucumber
1 Florina pepper
1 finocchio
zest and juice of ½ lime
250g Mayonnaise Premium KYKNOS
2 tbsp. dill (finely chopped)
Freshly ground pepper

On a cutting board with a sharp knife cut the Florina pepper into cubes and with a mandoline cut the cucumber and the finocchio into thin slices.

In a large bowl, place all the ingredients for the tuna salad, tuna, cucumber, florina pepper, finocchio, lime zest and juice, Mayonnaise Premium KYKNOS , chopped dill, salt and freshly ground pepper and mix well.
