Tortellini in spicy sauce

Preparation time: 5΄- 10΄

Cooking time: 10΄ - 15΄

For 4 servings

500g tortellini with filling of your choice (preferably fresh)
1 package Tomato Sauce with spicy pepper and garlic KYKNOS
Chopped fresh herbs (parsley, basil, thyme, etc.)
4 tbsps. extra virgin olive oil (optional)
Grated Cretan Graviera or Parmesan

Cook the tortellini in plenty of salted water, according to the instructions on the package. Meanwhile, in another pan, heat for a few minutes the Tomato Sauce with spicy pepper and garlic KYKNOS.
Drain the tortellini and put them in a deep bowl or plate.
Add 1-2 tablespoons of the sauce, olive oil and mix.
Serve them on plates, spreading the rest of the sauce on top.
Sprinkle with fresh chopped herbs and plenty of grated cheese.
