Tortillas with sautéed mushrooms, avocado and vegan mayonnaise

For 2 persons

4 large tortillas
2 avocado
40g baby rocket
200g Vegan Mayonnaise KYKNOS
freshly ground pink pepper
***For the mushrooms ***
300g portobello
300g porcini mushrooms
300g brown mushrooms
½ clove of garlic
4 tbsp. olive oil
Freshly ground pepper

On a cutting board with a sharp knife, slice all the mushrooms, portobello, porcini mushrooms and browns, halve the avocado and then thinly slice it and mince half a clove of garlic. Place a large non-stick pan on high heat to heat well and add the olive oil.
Saute the chopped mushrooms together with the garlic for 4-5 minutes sprinkling with salt and freshly ground pepper and when they are ready place the contents of the pan in a bowl.
Place the tortillas on a cutting surface and spread them with half of the Vegan Mayonnaise KYKNOS, on top spread the thin slices of avocado, on top of them the sauteed mushrooms, the rest of the [Vegan Mayonnaise] (https://kyknoscanning.com/en/80-vegan-mayo-sauce.html) KYKNOS, the baby rocket and finally some freshly ground pink pepper on top.
