Yummy Peas with Milled Tomatoes

Cooking time: 35’-40’
For 4-6 servings

Ingredients 50 g olive oil
1 onion, (finely chopped)
2 carrots (finely chopped)
2 potatoes (coarsely chopped)
1 tsp. freshly ground pepper, black
1 tsp. salt
100g white wine
500g Milled Tomatoes KYKNOS
1 bouillon cube
1lt water, boiled
450g fresh peas
3 tbsp. dill (finely chopped)
1 tbsp. lemon juice

For serving
Dill (finely chopped)

Preparation
Add the olive oil to a large pot and once it is hot, add the onion. Sauté for 5 minutes and add the carrots and potatoes.
Stir and sauté for 2 minutes until golden. Add salt and pepper. Deglaze with wine. When the alcohol is evaporated, add the Milled Tomatoes KYKNOS, the cube and water and mix.
Once it boils, cook for 15-20 minutes until the potatoes are soft, without a lid. Add the peas to the pot, half of the dill, and stir.
Close the lid and simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove from the heat and add the lemon juice.
Sprinkle with dill and serve.
