Chili Con Carne

Cooking time: 15΄-20΄

For 4-6 servings

½ kg ground beef
1 onion (coarsely chopped)
1 red pepper (cubed)
1 green pepper (cubed)
400 gr Chopped Tomatoes KYKNOS
250 gr Tomato Passata KYKNOS
400 gr Red Kidney Beans KYKNOS
150 gr corn
Chili pepper flakes
Chopped coriander or parsley
Salt, freshly ground pepper
Olive oil

**For serving **
250 gr. yoghurt

Heat some olive oil in a deep pan and sauté the onion. Once it withers, add the ground beef and stir for a few minutes, to change the color.
Add the peppers and then the Chopped Tomatoes KYKNOS and the Tomato Passata KYKNOS. Season and let the meat simmer, until the liquids are absorbed and it is left with its sauce.
Five minutes before the food is ready, add the Red Kidney Beans KYKNOS and the corn, drained.
Serve the meat sprinkled with fresh coriander or parsley. Enjoy with nachos and yogurt sprinkled with paprika.

• You may easily make homemade nachos. Take some tortillas, brush them with oil, season them with paprika, cumin, chili pepper flakes and whatever else you want and cut them into triangles. Then, bake them until golden brown.
• For greater taste, you may add plenty of grated cheddar cheese to the ground beef.
