All the taste of Chilli Con Carne, without the "Carne"! Since "Con Carne" means "With Meat" and this is a variation with all the original delicious flavours, but simply without the meat.
Ingredients
- KYKNOS Tomato passata
- KYKNOS Red kidney beans
- KYKNOS Sliced Mushrooms
- 2 sticks of celery
- 1 onion
- 2 coloured peppers
- 3 oregano sprigs
- 1 boiled corn
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 clove of garlic
- Olive oil
- Salt and chilli... according to taste.
Preparation
Start with cooking in a pan the chopped onion with the spices and garlic. Add the finely chopped peppers and celery to the pan. Then finely chop the mushrooms and add them to the thistle, along with the red beans. Finally, add the KYKNOS sauce and let it simmer.
