Cooking time: 8’ – 10’

For 2 persons

Ingredients
800g pork neck
2 tsp. onion powder
½ tsp. smoked paprika
½ tsp. ginger powder
50ml olive oil
4 greek pita bread for souvlaki

350g Mayonnaise Premium **KYKNOS

80g onion
30g caper
50g pickled cucumber
4 tbsp. parsley (chopped)
Salt
Freshly ground pepper

Preparation
On a cutting board with a sharp knife cut the pork neck into large bites and place in a bowl.

Sprinkle with the spices, onion powder, smoked paprika, ginger powder, salt and freshly ground pepper, pour over the olive oil and mix well. Leave the pork to marinate while you prepare the mayonnaise tartare.

On a cutting board with a sharp knife finely chop all the ingredients, onion, caper, parsley and pickled cucumber and place them in a bowl.

Add Mayonnaise KYKNOS together with freshly ground pepper to the bowl and mix well. Pass the pork neck bites through iron straws and place a griddle over high heat to heat up well.

Grill the pork chops for a total of 8-10 minutes on all sides, until cooked through and nicely browned. When the straws are almost ready, add the pies to heat up.

Serve the pork chops together with the pies and the mayonnaise tartare on a wooden surface.
