Pork cutlets with ketchup

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Cooking time: 20 - 25 minutes

For 4 servings

4 medium pork chops
1 cup Ketchup KYKNOS
2 tbsps. soy sauce
Lemon juice (optional)
Hot or sweet paprika
Olive oil
Salt, freshly ground pepper

Mix the Ketchup KYKNOS with olive oil, paprika, soy sauce, pepper, lemon juice and leave the steaks to marinate in the fridge for at least ½ an hour.
Then, salt and grill the cutlets, on the kitchen grill or on a bbq, until they are well browned on both sides.
Serve with French fries or grilled vegetables.

• Avoid turning the meat on the grill several times. 3-4 times are enough until cooked.
• The sweet taste of ketchup is balanced with lemon juice and the result is tastier.
