Club sandwich with tuna

Preparation time: 60´

For 4 persons


Ingredients
6 large slices of bread for toast (you can also use slices of country loaf)
Olive oil
3 cans of tuna in water
200 gr. Mayonnaise Premium KYKNOS
1 tbsp. Μustard Hot KYKNOS
2 stalks celery (finely chopped)
1 small red onion (finely chopped)
2 small pickled cucumbers (finely chopped)
6-7 cherry tomatoes (finely chopped)
1 clove garlic, melted (optional)
4-5 leaves of broad-leaf basil (finely chopped)
Juice of ½ lemon
Salt, Freshly ground pepper

Preparation
Heat a non-fat griddle well and spread the slices of bread in portions by pressing them lightly and bake them until they are golden brown and slightly crispy.

In a bowl put the tuna well drained of their liquid. I add Mayonnaise Premium KYKNOS, τη Μustard Hot KYKNOS, celery, onion, cherry tomatoes, pickled cucumber and garlic. I stir with a fork to “break” the tuna and mix it with all the ingredients. Add the lemon juice, basil, salt and pepper and mix well.

Divide the mixture into 4 of the 6 slices. Put the two slices in a tower one on top of the other and cover with a plain bun. Repeat with the other two smeared slices and the last bun.

Cut into triangles and serve with chips or fries.
