Easy pizza with tomato and mozzarella

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Baking time: 12-15 minutes

Ingredients (for 4 pizzas)
4 large Arabic pies
1 ½ cup Milled Tomatoes KYKNOS
4 tomatoes in slices
1-2 cloves garlic (grated)
450-500g mozzarella (grated)
8-10 slices of prosciutto
Olive oil
Fresh basil or parsley

Firstly, prepare the sauce: heat a little olive oil in a deep pan and fry the garlic. Add the Milled Tomatoes KYKNOS, season with salt and pepper and let it simmer until it sets.

Put the pies on baking trays lined with baking paper and spread the sauce on top. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top of the sauce and arrange the tomato slices.

Add salt, a little olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 200 - 220 degrees, for about 12 - 15 minutes, until the cheese melts and the edges of the pie are golden brown.

Remove from the oven, garnish with prosciutto and fresh basil or parsley leaves and serve.

Avoid cooking prosciutto because it hardens a lot and becomes very salty.
