Chicken wings

Ingredients

10 chicken wings
Sunflower oil for frying
8 tbsp. BBQ Sauce KYKNOS
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. sesame
1 tsp. chives (finely chopped)
Salt, Freshly ground pepper

Preparation

Divide the wings into pieces by cutting right in the cartilage between the bones. Wipe well with absorbent paper.

Heat the sunflower oil in a deep pan or pot over medium to high heat and add the wings.

Fry for 7'-8' or until the bubbles from frying are not so intense.

Remove and leave the wings on a grill or absorbent paper and season well with salt and pepper.

Until the wings are fried, pour the BBQ Sauce KYKNOS, garlic powder, onion powder and apple cider vinegar into a bowl and mix well.

After the wings have been drained for 1'-2', put them in the bowl with the sauce and mix well so that they are completely covered.

Pour the sesame in two parts, while mixing.

Serve on a plate and finish with chopped chives.
