Chicken wings with potato salad

For 2 persons

12 chicken wings
200g Ketchup Hot ΚYKNOS
For the potato salad
400g peeled potatoes
100g pickled cucumber
2 spring onions
20 cherry tomatoes
100g corn
150g Mayonnaise Premium KYKNOS
80g Mustard with Honey KYKNOS
Freshly ground pepper

On a cutting board, cut the potatoes into small cubes with a sharp knife and place them in a pot of salted water to boil. When the potatoes are ready, drain them, cool them under plenty of running water and place them in a bowl.

On a cutting board, finely chop the cherry tomatoes with a sharp knife, spring onions and pickled cucumber and place them together with the corn in the bowl with the potatoes.

Add Mayonnaise Premium KYKNOS together with Mustard with Honey KYKNOS, salt and freshly ground pepper and mix well and carefully.

Place a griddle over high heat to heat up well and sear the wings well on both sides by sprinkling with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Remove the wings from the grill, pass them through Ketchup Hot ΚYKNOS and place them in a shallow pan, lined with non-stick paper, and bake in a preheated oven, at 200ο C, up and down resistances, for 16-18 minutes, putting Ketchup Hot ΚYKNOS on the wings every 4-5 minutes, with the help of a brush.

To BBQ, sprinkle the wings with salt and freshly ground pepper, place them on the BBQ, grill until they begin to color and continue grilling, frequently putting Ketchup Hot ΚYKNOS on the wings with, with a brush, until a rich layer of ketchup is created.

Serve the wings on a plate in the center of the table along with the potato salad.
