Ingredients
300 gr. shrimps (cleaned)
300 gr. squids (cleaned)
1 white onion (finely chopped)
1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
1/2 Florina pepper(thinly sliced)
1 carrot (cut into small cubes)
1 tbsp. parsley (finely chopped)
Zest from a lemon
8 cherry tomatoes (chopped)
1 tbsp. Tomatopaste 28% KYKNOS
680 gr. Crushed Tomatoes KYKNOS
Olive oil
Water
Garlic powder
Onion powder
500 gr. orzo pasta medium
Salt, Freshly ground pepper
Preparation
In a pan over high heat, add olive oil and saute the shrimps and the squids. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the onion, garlic, pepper, cherry tomatoes and carrot and cook for another 2’.
Add the Tomatopaste 28% KYKNOS, onion and garlic powder and cook on medium heat for another 1'. Add the water and let it evaporate.
Empty the contents of the pan into a pyrex and add the orzo pasta, the Crushed Tomatoes KYKNOS, a little olive oil and a cup of water.
Mix well and put in a preheated oven at 190° for 15' covered.
Remove from the oven, add the parsley and mix.
If our sauce is quite thick, add a little more water.
Wait 5’ minutes for the sauce to draw and serve.
