Chicken salad with vegetables and mayonnaise

Ingredients
600g chicken breast fillet
100g cucumber pickles
100g peas (boiled)
100g corn
2 fresh onions
15 cherry tomatoes
300g Mayonnaise Premium KYKNOS
4 tbsp. parsley (finely chopped)
Salt
Freshly ground pepper

Preparation
Place a pot of salted water on a high heat to heat well and boil the chicken breast fillets for 16 – 18 minutes.
While the chicken is boiling, on a cutting board with a sharp knife cut the cherry tomatoes into slices and finely chop the cucumber pickles and fresh onions.
When the chicken breast fillet is ready, drain it, chop it in small pieces and let them cool.
Add the chicken in a large bowl along with the cucumber pickles, peas, corn, fresh chopped onions, cherry tomatoes, Mayonnaise Premium KYKNOS, parsley, salt and freshly ground pepper and mix very well.
