Ingredients
4 Greek-style sausages
½ cup beer
2 tablespoon KYKNOS Mild Mustard
1 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt & pepper
Preparation
1. Brown the sausages in a frying pan.
2. Add the beer and let it simmer for a few minutes, until slightly reduced.
3. Add the KYKNOS Mild Mustard and honey.
4. Stir until the sauce becomes glossy and coats the sausages.
5. Serve the sausages with the sauce.
