Stew beef with tomato paste and juice KYKNOS

The stew is a dish ideal for cold winter days that will delight all your family and friends at the festive table.

Ingredients

1.5 kg milk veal.
1 kg stew onions.
70 g KYKNOS tomato paste (you will find it in a paper package or in a disposable aluminium sachet).
370g Chopped tomatoes in tomato juice KYKNOS.
1/3 cup Olive oil.
1 daphne leaf.
4 grains of allspice.
1 cinnamon stick.
1 pinch nutmeg.
1/3 cup red wine.
1 ts red vinegar.
salt & pepper.

Preparation

Chop the meat into portions. Heat the olive oil in the pot and sauté the meat. Once the meat is well browned, add the KYKNOS paste and mix. Then add the chopped tomatoes to KYKNOS tomato juice, salt and pepper, spices, half a cup of water and let it simmer for as long as you prepare the onions. Then we add the chopped tomatoes KYKNOS tomato juice, salt and pepper, spices, half a cup of water and let it simmer for as long as you prepare the onions.

In a deep frying pan, heat oil and add the onions to brown, after having carved them at both ends. Add the remaining sachet of paste to the pan, stir and leave for 15 minutes until melted. Then place them in the pot with the meat, mix and erase with the wine and vinegar.
