Ingredients
8 chicken thighs
1 1/2 teacup BBQ sauce KYKNOS
Sweet paprika
Some chili flakes
Fresh rosemary or thyme
2 cloves melted garlic (optional)
2-4 tbsps. olive oil
Salt, freshly ground pepper
Preparation
Mix in a bowl the 1 cup of BBQ sauce KYKNOS, paprika, chili flakes, pepper, garlic, olive oil and thyme or rosemary.
Dip the thighs in the mixture and cover with cling film. Leave the bowl in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours.
Salt the meat and cook on the kitchen grill or on the BBQ grill for about 30 - 35 minutes, turning 2-3 times.
About five minutes before the end of cooking, spread the legs with the rest of the BBQ. Serve with potatoes and a salad with seasonal vegetables.
Tips
For even greater taste, you may leave the meat in its marinade overnight.
Add lemon zest to BBQ sauce to enhance its flavor.
