Bruschettas with Tomato Paste

Preparation time: 5΄- 7΄

Cooking time: 7΄- 10΄

For 3-6 servings

6 slices of wheat or whole wheat Greek-style country bread
6 tsps. Tomato Paste KYKNOS
Extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt in flakes
Fresh basil leaves
Capers (optional)

Pour some olive oil on top of the bread and spread it. After that, bake it on the grill or toaster.
While it is still hot, spread the Tomato PasteKYKNOS on top, add a little olive oil and sprinkle with salt, capers and basil leaves.

Serve immediately. It is a great "mezes" for ouzo or tsipouro.
