Cretan Dakos (rusks) with tomato paste

For 4 servings

Ingredients
8 barley rusks
4 tbsps. Tomato Paste KYKNOS
Grated feta
Some black olives (in slices)
Some capers (optional)
Oregano
Olive oil
Freshly ground pepper
Fresh parsley (finely chopped)

Preparation
Wet the rusks with some water and olive oil and place them on a serving platter. Dissolve the Tomato Paste KYKNOS in some lukewarm water, so that it spreads easily. Add oregano and pepper and mix.
Spread the paste on the rusks and add the feta cheese, olives and capers. Sprinkle with olive oil and garnish with chopped parsley.

Tip
Do not put salt on the dakos because the ingredients used, tomato paste, capers, olives and feta, are quite spicy.
