Tomato ice cubes for summer cocktails

A smart idea that will put a touch of freshness and extra taste to your summer cocktails. Get the tomato cubes ready, and add them to your vodka or gin drink, to juices or sparkling water. This is the secret ingredient for an indulging summer!

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Freezing time: 4 hours

Ingredients for 24 tomato cubes

  • 1 pack Kyknos Tomato juice
  • Zest from one lemon
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 5 leaves of finely chopped mint

Put all the ingredients in a jar and add salt and pepper if you want to. Split the mix into iceboxes- preferably metal or plastic- and place in the freezer. About an hour later, stir carefully and put back in the freezer until ready.

Tasty Tip
You can twist the recipe a bit by replacing mint with rosemary
