Spicy Chicken Wings

Waiting time: 4 hours at least

Preparation time: 10΄-15΄

Cooking time: 30΄

For 4 servings

Ingredients
18-20 chicken wings
3-4 tbsps. Hot Ketchup KYKNOS
Juice from ½ lemon or lime
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp soy sauce
Olive oil
Chili flakes or 2-3 chili peppers (finely chopped)
Sweet paprika
Turmeric
Curry
Freshly ground pepper
5-6 tbsps. sesame seeds

Preparation
Wash and dry the chicken wings. Put all the ingredients, except for the sesame, in a deep bowl and mix them well. Dip the wings into the mix, ensuring they’re all covered.
Cover them with a plastic wrap and leave them in the fridge for at least 4 hours. Ideally you may leave them overnight. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put the sesame seeds in a shallow dish and dredge the wings one by one so that they are covered on one side. Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper with the side that does not have sesame down.
Bake for about 25-30 minutes and serve hot.

Tips
Do not add salt in the marinade, but if you want, you may add it before baking. The dosage of spices depends on how spicy you want the wings to be.
