Stuffed bread

An easy recipe for homemade, stuffed bread, with the taste and quality of KYKNOS tomato. A delicious accompaniment that matches everything, changes the table and the mood.

Delicious, warm, stuffed bread, made by you, for your loved ones. Apart from a tasty treat, it is also an act of love (plus nothing compares to the smell of freshly baked bread in your kitchen).

Ingredients.
300 ml lukewarm water

30 gr Sugar.
30 gr Yeast

30 ml of olive oil

450 gr all-purpose flour
20 gr coarse salt.

For the filling.
8 tablespoons KYKNOS cherry tomatoes
4 tablespoons grated feta cheese
10 mint leaves 


** Preparation**.
Put the lukewarm water, sugar, olive oil and yeast in a bowl, stir and leave for 5 minutes, until the yeast foams. Meanwhile, in another bowl, sift the flour and add half the salt. Add the yeast mixture and knead for about 10 minutes. Grease one of the bowls, add the dough, cover it and leave it in a warm place to rise (calculate about 40 minutes).

Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200 degrees and grease a baking pan. Remove the dough, press it to deflate and work it with your hands on a floured surface for 2-3 more minutes. With the rolling pin, open it on a sheet and spread the filling ingredients. When the process is complete, roll and place the dough in a cake pan, long. Cover again, and leave for another 15 minutes in a warm place.

As soon as the time has passed, brush with the remaining olive oil and place the baking pan in the oven for about 35 minutes. When you remove it from the oven, let it cool a little before serving.

Tip: We can use any ingredients we want - e.g. olives without pips, some hard cheese, thyme or oregano
