Ingredients
6 tortilla wraps
2 tbsp. sunflower oil
2 red peppers
200 gr. sliced bacon
300 gr. gouda cheese (grated)
Ketchup 0% Added Sugar KYKNOS
Mayonnaise Premium KYKNOS
Preparation
In a shallow pan, put the sunflower oil on medium heat and saute the peppers, which are cut into strips, until they soften.
Take them out of the pan and put the bacon to become crispy on both sides.
Spread the wraps of tortillas and divide the cheese on half the surface like a crescent moon.
Add the peppers, bacon and put Ketchup 0% Added Sugar KYKNOS.
Close the tortillas and put them in the pan, lowering the heat.
When they become crispy on one side, turn them on the other side and wait until they form a nice crust on that side as well.
Take them out of the pan, cut into triangular pieces and serve with Mayonnaise Premium KYKNOS.
